About Me
My name is Dave Bohr. I have been involved directly with fitness now since 1998. At which point I started Powerlifting competitively, than soon transitioned into Bodybuilding, and later into Fitness modeling and MMA. Originally from Detroit MI; I moved to Southern CA in 2002 to take training to the highest level. In 2008 MuscleTech (the world's largest supplement company) sponsored me as a Fitness model. I was in 2009's February edition of Ironman Magazine. I have worked as a personal trainer in such gyms as Power House, Golds, Fitness USA, and LA fitness. I also managed and trained at a Worlds gym.
I currently specialize in Online Personal Training only. Transforming people's bodies has always been extremely rewarding to me, especially concerning my own physical results. For example in 2008 I decided to do the Body Space transformation contest 10 weeks into the 16 week contest, with 6 weeks to go just to put my theories and philosophy to the test, I was able to pull off 2nd place out of 1,147 competitors. For that contest I used a diet I invented, which I also use on many clients. Also, I used my own personal peaking-method which I use on many others with a great deal of success. When I decide to work with someone, I realize that their results are a reflection of me, so I give them 110% of my effort. I understand that to get the most effective results as quickly as possible is not for everyone, so I work with each client at the rate most suitable for them.
Depending on many factors (mainly you) I use a wide variety of diets such as carb cycling, TKD, CKD, Intermittent fasting. But the diet that I have developed which I call the Hybrid Keto CC diet is perfect for those who compete in bodybuilding, or intend to get to their lowest desired body fat at a very fast rate. It took many years of trial and error to fine tune to perfection, and must be customized to the Individual.
I incorporate many beliefs, theories, and philosophies into my training sessions. My methodology has proven to work extremely effectively on myself and many others over the years.
More than anything else I understand that all athletes I have ever trained are unique. They all require different levels of commitment, regiments, diets, food choices, exercises, pretty much everything else. I give my word that everything we do will be unique to you and your goals.
Before & Afters from the 2008 16-week bodyspace transformation contest
I started this diet May 29th and ended July 12 (6 weeks & 2 days) I used the news paper to verify time.
This just shows an example of me getting very out of shape on the off season, then starting to diet again. The photos are about 6 month's apart.
Here is a pamphlet I was used in for Bodybuilding.com it was shipped with 150,000 orders:
